A Sales & Customer Service Representative who thrives on connecting with people and delivering results. This role is for someone with high energy, excellent communication skills, and natural charisma, who also embraces the hands-on side of the paint and tools industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles (retail, showroom, or related).
  • Strong people skills: charisma, empathy, and verbal communication.
  • Ability to perform physical work (lifting, stocking, moving product).
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for colors.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages an asset).
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: From $18.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

  • Actively listen to customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
  • Support contractors, designers, and homeowners in making confident product choices.
  • Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and building repeat business.
  • Assist with daily store operations: tinting paint, fulfilling orders, stocking shelves, inventory management, organizing displays, and keeping the store clean and welcoming.
  • Contribute to store flow through order deliveries and physical tasks.
