StretchLab is currently seeking energetic, customer service and sales motivated individuals that are fitness minded with a desire to help people and a love for our brand!

REQUIREMENTS:

· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Goal-oriented and self-driven to achieve weekly and monthly targets
· Ability to learn and use our ClubReady software system and other Microsoft Office applications
· Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
· Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, text, and email
· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Schedule will include a variety shifts including days, evenings, and some weekends

• Assist with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects as they enter the studio
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Book appointments and follow-up with leads and prospects
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club on occasion
• Ensure studio is clean and tidy
• Other duties as assigned
