Description

Processing all customer orders accurately
Answering Phone orders.
Communicating with all departments within Puresource to ensure excellent customer service
Ensuring special shipping costs are expressed to the customer and special shipping requirements communicated to the Shipping Department
Communicating customer needs/ issues to outside sales
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. Researching and qualifying new leads
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
Maintaining a database of current customers
Staying informed about competing products and services
Participate in meetings to discuss benchmarks, personal as well as team goals
Perform other duties as assigned
