As a Telstra partner, we sell Telstra products and services and utilize Telstra systems and processes to help customers. The position is essentially a sales and customer service role but will also include basic tech support. An interest in technology and an aptitude with computers, tablets and mobile phones is a must. An ability to communicate with customers in an understanding and articulate way is also key.
We are currently looking for someone to join our team at Forbes Batteries - Telstra Partner in a part time or casual capacity for around 15-30 hours per week- which may include Saturday morning shifts.
If you would like to work in a busy and supportive close-knit team selling Telstra products and other communications related products while providing customers with great personal service then we are looking to hear from you. Telstra or telecommunications experience is preferred but not essential and ongoing training is provided.
