We are a fast-growing Automotive Wholesaler and specialize in filtration and a wide range of other automotive parts. We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic and friendly team. Hours 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri

Your role will consist of:

• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers
• Taking and processing customer orders accurately
• Performing data entry with attention to detail
• Providing excellent customer service and support
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Previous customer service experience (automotive industry a plus, but not essential)
• Basic computer and data entry skills
