Description
Deliver outstanding customer service to new and existing clients across face-to-face, phone, and email interactions. Provide expert guidance on Teaching Centre products and services. Support customer registration for Placement Tests and Consultations. Proactively engage in up-selling and cross-selling opportunities. Handle first-level complaints and feedback with professionalism and care. Conduct outbound call campaigns to drive engagement and retention. Follow up on student incidents such as absences or class changes. Previous experience of working in a sales and customer service environment Competent IT skills Excellent communication and customer relation skills Very good problem-solving skills University Degree in any subject or qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer communications are accurate, on-brand, and responsive to customer needs. Collaborate with the Sales & Customer Services Branch Coordinator, Marketing Manager, and Facilities Manager to maintain high standards across customer touchpoints. Contribute to customer research and engagement initiatives with students and parents. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer service practices based on feedback and insights.
