We are a growing corporate services company seeking a motivated and professional individual to support our customer communication and sales processes. As our business expands, we are looking for someone who can communicate effectively with potential clients, provide timely responses, and contribute to successful sales outcomes. This is a full-time remote role, open only to Turkish citizens residing. Tasks Respond promptly to inbound customer messages and emails Conduct online meetings with potential clients when needed Communicate professionally in both Turkish and English Learn and understand our services to guide clients confidently Support sales processes and assist in closing deals Maintain accurate data and notes in CRM systems Ensure a professional and consistent customer experience Prepare follow-up messages, summaries, and basic reports Requirements Prior experience in sales or customer support is essential. Proven experience conducting online meetings and handling phone-based sales. Hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools. Solid experience working with CRM platforms.
