Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Sales & Customer Success Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our outside sales efforts while being a trusted point of contact for our customers. You’ll handle quotes, orders, and product support with a friendly, professional touch that reflects the heart of our business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Follow up on quotes to support the sales team and close the loop with customers
  • Proactively reach out to customers about RMAs to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships
  • Learn and communicate product knowledge to customers
  • Accurately process orders, ensuring correct product details and timely entry
  • Partner with outside sales reps to deliver exceptional service and support
