Simply Plastics is a UK-based supplier of high-quality plastic sheeting and fabrication services. Since 2014, we’ve been delivering cut-to-size plastics for both trade and retail customers. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Support Administrator to join our friendly and hard-working team.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (NOT ESSENTIAL)

  • Experience in a manufacturing, trade, or e-commerce environment
  • Familiarity with plastic materials or similar products (training provided)
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—helping with enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. You’ll also work closely with our internal teams to keep everything running smoothly from order to delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer customer enquiries by phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide product advice, quotations, and order updates
  • Process and manage customer orders accurately
  • Organise couriers and coordinate delivery of certain orders
  • Work with production and dispatch teams to meet delivery deadlines
  • Handle returns, complaints, and after-sales support professionally
  • Assist with general sales administration tasks
