ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a friendly, organized Sales & Customer Support Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries while supporting the sales team with order processing, quotes, and follow-ups. This role focuses on helping customers, solving problems, and ensuring a smooth sales experience from first contact to delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Interaction

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails in a professional, timely manner
  • Greet walk-in clients and visitors at the showroom
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
  • Assist customers with product selection and basic design/layout inquiries

Sales Support

  • Prepare and send quotes and sales order confirmations
  • Follow up with clients regarding delivery schedules, order updates, or payment status
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to support customer needs
  • Input and manage orders using CRM or order management software

General Administration

  • Keep customer records up to date in the CRM system
  • Organize and maintain product literature and showroom materials
  • Assist with invoicing or basic document handling as required
