We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our team. You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This role requires a balance of customer service, sales coordination, and administrative support.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and internal sales tools.
• Bilingualism is an asset: English (conversational) and Spanish (conversational).
• Valid passport required for occasional international travel.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Prepare and follow up on accurate sales quotations.
• Track customer interactions and manage follow-ups in our CRM.
• Coordinate meetings between clients and the sales team.
• Process sales documentation and ensure timely shipments.
• Manage order status, payments, and shipping updates.
• Maintain accurate sales records using internal tools and CRM systems.
• Support the organization of trade shows and events.
• Perform administrative tasks and assist other departments as needed.
• Occasionally attend international trade shows to support product presentations (valid passport required).
