We are looking for a Sales Data Analyst to join our Commercial team in Finland or Poland! This role is pivotal in delivering insights and formulating data-driven strategies to enhance the way in which our Commercial team works. The ideal candidate will have a real passion for analytics, a keen eye for detail, an appetite for AI and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. The key metrics in this role will be based on revenue growth, partner acquisition & retention rates, and average partner value —ensuring sustained business growth and strong partner engagement.
You can choose whether you work in a hybrid mode from Helsinki HQ, or your home office in Finland or Poland, but we hope that you are able to join us for common gatherings at the local office when needed. In this role, you would be a crucial part of Global Commercial Partners Team working closely with globally distributed Account Managers, Growth Marketeers & Service Managers.
At F-Secure we want to be efficient and transparent in our recruiting. Our hiring process will consists of three interview rounds: introduction interview, team interview and final interview. Our aim is to move quickly through the steps, and inform each candidate on a timely manner whether they will proceed in the process.

Responsibilities
  • Collecting and managing sales data from various sources, such as CRM systems, sales reports, and market research.
  • Data analysis using different tools and software to analyze sales trends, patterns, and performance metrics. Perform analysis on large sets of data to extract impactful insights, defining the data collection needs and providing recommendations from data presentation point-of-view to visualize specified use cases.
  • Develop forecasting of business & partner level data to support segment forecast accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify trends, business analytics & -forecast, and develop our analytics processes.
  • Support GTM in new partner acquisition by understanding market trends & differentiation
  • Create target group & prospect segmentation together with Marketing
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to different teams, partners and other audiences to make product and usage data understandable, with dashboards and through exploratory analysis.
