We are recruiting for an Sales & Design Consultant to deliver beautifully crafted, made-to-measure interior shutters designed to transform any home. Due to continued demand, we’re expanding the field sales team and looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join us on the road.
About the Role:
As a Field-Based Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of the business. This is not cold calling. all appointments are pre-booked and qualified. You’ll visit customers in their homes, provide a professional site survey, offer expert product guidance, and close the sale through a consultative and personable approach.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Attending pre-arranged customer appointments
• Conducting accurate site surveys
• Providing tailored advice on our premium shutter ranges
• Following up, managing your pipeline and closing deals
• Representing our brand with pride and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in face-to-face sales, field sales or in-home consultation
• A warm, confident and consultative communication style
• Great attention to detail and ability to measure accurately
• Full UK driving licence
• Self-motivation and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
