QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in furniture, home décor, or interior design sales (preferred)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Goal-driven and self-motivated
  • Creative eye for styling and presentation
  • Comfortable using Instagram/Facebook; basic content creation experience an asset
  • Tech-friendly (POS systems, tablets; LightSpeed experience an asset)
  • Physically able to assist with showroom setups and product movement
  • Organized, proactive, and aligned with values of kindness and clarity

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and creative Sales & Design Consultant to join our team. You’ll guide clients in finding the right in-stock furniture or lead custom design consultations. You’ll also assist with showroom styling and contribute to social media content.
We offer a structured 3-month training period at $25/hour, followed by a performance-based pay model that rewards sales success, client care, and initiative.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and support clients with professional, friendly service
  • Lead or assist with design consultations and space planning
  • Build knowledge of our product collections
  • Create quotes, manage orders, and follow up with clients
  • Assist with showroom styling, seasonal remerchandising, and floor readiness
  • Support tagging, pricing, and product displays
  • Capture content (photos, videos, reels, product highlights) for social media
  • Collaborate with team and ownership to meet monthly goals
