OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and creative Design Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in interior design and customer service to assist clients in creating their ideal spaces. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing tailored design solutions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your ability to upsell products and provide exceptional service will be key to your success in this position.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or design setting.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles and layout design.
• Ability to effectively upsell products while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for calculations related to measurements and pricing.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful spaces.
• Previous experience in retail sales and tile backround.

  Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
