JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a qualified individual to join our Sales and Design team in the Toronto area. This position will begin as a remote/work-from-home role. However, there is a possibility that it may transition to an on-site or hybrid arrangement in the future, depending on business needs and location. Our unique range of jobs includes installations in performing arts venues (sound, video, lighting), churches, restaurants and hospitality and corporate boardrooms.
The job is highly commission based and requires a driven individual who is ready to dig in and fight to win jobs. You will be primarily working in an office setting but will regularly need to attend site visits and be on the lookout for new customers and opportunities.
Our sales people are also our designers, so strong technical knowledge is required in addition to interpersonal skills in order to be successful.

Responsibilities
  • Experience with AV systems is required (can be on the sales side, or on the install/technician/operation side)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google software (Word, Excel, Sheets, Docs, Etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize urgent matters
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A valid Class 5 Drivers License with reliable transportation
  • iPhone or Android Smartphone
  • Experience with control and DSP systems is beneficial in the design proces
