THE OPPORTUNITY

Do you have a passion for customer service and an eye for elegant home designs? If so then make your passion a reality and join a motivated retail team as a Customer Service Officer, based at our Berrimah home improvement store.
We are seeking a career orientated professional to learn all aspects within a dynamic retail store, servicing a wide range of our products and services, reporting to the Store Manager.

• Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
• Assist customers to find innovative design solutions utilising CAD software
• Prepare accurate and timely project quotations
• Maintain store stock levels and general housekeeping
• Assist in customer pick-up area to ensure product are loaded safely into customer vehicles
• Engage in regular product and sales training
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment
