JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a blend of strong communication skills and administrative experience to effectively support sales initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and general computer literacy is essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM software for effective sales management.
  • Strong LinkedIn Sales Navigator Skills
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Administrative experience that supports sales functions is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Good knowledge of SaaS sales & lead generation techniques
  • Work in a startup environment
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: £24,420.00-£50,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Research & Target customers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.
  • Ensure smooth operations and timely follow-up on leads.
  • Work with the Marketing Team for new initiatives
  • Plan and organise webinars, help with trade shows and attend regional networking events.
  • Support all admin activities for the sales process
