Key Responsibilities: Strategic Lead Management: Proactively manage inbound and outbound sales initiatives to qualify prospects and build a robust sales funnel. Cold Outreach: Conduct cold calls and professional outreach to identify new business opportunities within the U.S. market. CRM Mastery: Maintain and optimize digital sales systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) with high accuracy and proactive follow-up tracking. Pipeline Ownership: Take full responsibility for meeting and exceeding monthly KPIs, including conversion rates and appointment settings. Bilingual Communication: Draft sophisticated professional reports, emails, and proposals in both English and Spanish. Collaborative Strategy: Act as a true extension of U.S. client teams, providing strategic updates during North American business hours. English Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency (C1-C2 level) with a neutral accent suitable for U.S. corporate communication. U.S. Sales Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in Sales, Prospecting, or Business Development, specifically working with U.S.-based companies. Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, Google Workspace, Zoom, and AI productivity tools. Work Schedule: Full-time availability (48 hours/week) aligned with U.S. Business Hours (EST/PST). Location: Ability to work on-site at our San Isidro headquarters in Lima.
