Bokun, a Tripadvisor Inc. company, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Associate to join our dynamic Software Product Sales team. This role is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in software sales and will initially be a 6-month fixed-term contract.
We are a fast-growing reservation system for the tours and activities industry. We combine the energy and pace of a startup with the stability and backing of Tripadvisor, a global leader in travel.
As a Sales Development Associate, you will be at the forefront of our sales process, responsible for generating high-quality leads for our Product Sales Executives. Your primary focus will be on identifying and qualifying potential customers through high-volume telephone outreach, sparking initial interest in our Experiences SaaS platform. All activities and lead progression will be managed within Salesforce.
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with a passion for engaging with people and a drive to achieve targets. You may have an interest in or some experience in roles such as Lead Generation Specialist, Business Development Representative, or Sales Coordinator.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound telephone calls to prospective customers using pre-populated lists.
  • Clearly and concisely articulate the value of the Bókun platform during your calls.
  • Understand the initial needs of potential customers to determine if they are a good fit for our product.
  • Generate and qualify new leads, scheduling product demonstrations and consultations for the Product Sales Executives.
  • Manage all sales activities, from call outcomes to lead status, within our Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and other related KPIs.
