We are seeking an enthusiastic and achievement-oriented Sales Development Executive (B2B) to become a valuable addition to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining existing customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial client engagement to closing deals. • Schedule meetings with decision-makers and present company services to prospective clients. • Achieve sales targets and KPIs (meetings, new customers, and revenue). • Manage and nurture client accounts to develop long-term business relationships. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Skills & Knowledge: • Strong understanding of marketing, sales strategies, and negotiation techniques. • Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated with a passion for sales. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. • Quick learner with the ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment. • Ability to map accounts and identify new business opportunities. Qualification & Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the UAE. • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. • UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
