About the Role Shift Timings: 7:00PM - 4:00AM We’re looking for a Sales Development Executive to join our growing team at Software Finder. This is a consultative warm outreach role where you’ll connect with inbound leads who are actively exploring SaaS solutions across various industries. Your job won’t be to push or sell, but to understand, advise, and guide prospects toward the right software fit. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping businesses identify challenges, explore options, and make confident software decisions through meaningful conversations. This position is ideal for someone who’s empathetic, articulate, consultative and someone who thrives on building relationships and driving value-led discussions. What You’ll Do Engage with warm, marketing-qualified leads through calls, emails, and SMS to understand their business goals and software needs. Conduct consultative discussions to match prospects with suitable software vendors. Provide clear, value-driven insights to help prospects make informed decisions. Manage and document all outreach and conversations in HubSpot CRM. Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach strategy and optimize lead engagement. Stay updated on SaaS market trends, product capabilities, and competitive positioning. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in SaaS, B2B, or consultative inside sales (preferably in a US-facing market). Exceptional English communication skills (neutral or US accent preferred). Proven experience engaging clients through active listening and needs-based conversations. Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, Aircall, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams. A genuine interest in technology and helping businesses find the right solutions. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple conversations daily.
Responsibilities
