Description

LOCATION: RIPON

We are seeking a motivated, energetic communicator who thrives on building business relationships and creating new opportunities.
In this Sales Development Executive role you will focus on outbound lead generation and new business development. You will be the first point of contact for new prospects, identifying needs, introducing products and services and delivering bespoke solutions for each B2B customer, researching the market, building meaningful engagement and relationships via calls, emails and LinkedIn, managing the full sales cycle until deal closure.

  • B2B sales, lead generation experience with commercial acumen
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Confident presenter with the ability to handle objections and persuade decision-makers

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers
  • Execute outbound outreach via phone, email, and social platforms (LinkedIn)
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and potential
  • Build strong initial relationships with prospects
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations, understanding client needs and tailor solutions
  • Follow up consistently and nurture prospects through the pipeline
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and manage the negotiation process
  • Close deals and ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Success Team
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and outcomes within the HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate with sales/marketing to optimise campaign content and lead quality
  • Provide valuable feedback based on client interactions to help improve sales strategy and materials
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s full product suite and service offerings
  • Meet or exceed targets for meetings booked, qualified leads, and conversions.
