Description

Location: Milton Keynes – based in office 2 days a week (hybrid)
Reporting to: Head of Business Development
Salary: £30,000-£35,000, up to £50K+ OTE
Terms: Permanent, 5 days per week

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 1-2 years in outbound sales, showcasing a track record of success, achievement and over-achievement of quota’s
  • A ‘hunter’ mindset, wanting to go out and find, research and develop your own leads into meetings, rather than waiting for leads to come to you
  • Comfortable engaging with senior decision makers at the Director and above level.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the value of our product.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to thrive in our fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative spirit with a proven ability to work seamlessly within a sales team.
  • Experience working to KPIs and delivering outstanding results.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on goals and measurable outcomes.

DESIRABLE, BUT NOT ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

  • HubSpot CRM experience.
  • Previous experience in HR Tech or selling to senior HR employees.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator & ZoomInfo for lead identification and engagement.
  • Experience working in a scaling, ever changing and fast paced SaaS business.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Sales Development Representative at WorkBuzz, you’ll play a crucial role in engaging with HR and People Leaders, introducing them to the transformative power of the WorkBuzz platform. We’re already trusted by 400+ brands like Five Guys, Virgin and Premier Foods, and your mission will be to speak other well known global brands to understand how they are connecting with their teams and demonstrate how our platform can empower their employees.
Your success will be in your hands, working closely with your Account Executives to deliver them high quality meetings. Your success will be measured by the amount of meetings you are able to deliver to your AEs and how much sales pipeline and eventually ARR on the bottom line those meetings generate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Employ outbound calling, email, and social selling techniques to uncover and develop new business opportunities in targeted accounts.
  • Proactively follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads from the marketing department.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to craft and execute effective prospect strategies in our core verticals.
  • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings sat and opportunity creation quotas.
  • Research, identify and engage leads into actionable sales opportunities.
