Our work will take you in different directions We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Leader to join our Modernisation Solution team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of KONE business improvements and supporting the sales team in prospecting, tendering, and negotiations with specialized knowledge. You will be tasked with driving profitable sales growth and collaborating with our Global NBS team to enhance our sales strategies to further develop our sales approach. This role offers flexibility in location and can be based in Melbourne, Brisbane, or Sydney. What will you be doing? Conduct market trend analyses, competitive landscape reviews, and business opportunities to inform pricing and revenue strategies across ANZ Evaluate findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations to senior management about the business and financial viability of alternative opportunities Collect feedback and competitor data from the market and provide insights to the business line, solution creation, and product life cycle management Support the sales team in analysing internal and external data for sales planning and ensure the completion of high-quality sales plans Maintain strong connections with colleagues within KONE to share knowledge and understand current and future requirements Define processes, establish best practices, and drive initiatives to optimise performance Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain strong business practices What are we looking for? Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or related technical field Ability to interpret data from diverse and complex sources to extract valuable insights that enhance performance Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills Exceptional problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Experience leading and coordinate multiple projects and initiatives Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience within construction, elevator industry or B2B environment desired Proven experience in sales development and business management There’s so much more to KONE than you may realise.
