We are seeking an exceptional Sales Development Manager to lead and accelerate growth within our authentication portfolio in North America, focusing on the East Coast. This role offers the opportunity to build a business in a rapidly growing market with innovative products and a talented pre-sales and technical support team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate opportunities, drive sales, and close contracts/orders for the authentication portfolio in North America, focusing on the East Coast.
  • Identify and pursue potential accounts through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective accounts to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Deliver compelling product and service presentations to showcase their value and address customer questions.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure deals while maintaining profitability.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, product management, and technical pre-sales to align efforts and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Expand and shape long-term business relationships with customers and partners.
