We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead, coach, and scale our sales development efforts. In this role, you will manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), drive outbound prospecting strategy, and ensure we consistently deliver qualified opportunities to our sales organization. You’ll work closely with leadership to build processes, develop talent, and contribute directly to the growth and success of Banner Pest Services.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development management, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful outbound sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of prospecting strategies, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; CRM experience strongly preferred.
  • Pest control or home services industry experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screening.
  • Verifiable professional references.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of SDRs to achieve and exceed pipeline-generating targets.
  • Develop outbound sales strategies, including account-based research, social selling techniques, and outreach campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to ensure consistent team performance.
  • Collaborate with sales reps and managers to improve lead quality, scheduling, and conversion rates.
  • Drive training and professional development to build SDR expertise in the pest control industry and Banner’s unique service approach.
  • Optimize lead qualification standards and enforce process discipline across the team.Partner with leadership to forecast growth and refine sales development strategy.
