Danfoss is looking for a Sales Development Manager in our Americas region, responsible for driving and developing sales initiatives for customers and Account Managers with a clear Go-to-Market Strategy for growing business. The preferred candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, a full understanding of value selling, and the ability to manage all aspects of the Danfoss customer relationship.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities for this exciting position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Development of the sales of the Fluid Conveyance business in the Americas Region
  • Development of the Sales of customers working together with Danfoss Account Managers, Product Managers, and Application Engineering.
  • Creation and Coordination of Sales Initiatives, Growth, and Win plans for your focus areas
  • Being the expert and first representative of the division for Account Managers and Customers in your certain geographical region
  • Actively join and support Account Teams on customer visits or meetings and promote Fluid Conveyance
  • Collect application and product requirements for the BU Product Managers (PDP front end, Voice of Customers, etc)
  • Responsible for acquiring new business opportunities
  • Build a strong internal network and align with stakeholders to be successful in driving business development
