As Sales Development Manager EMEA, you will be at the forefront of driving success within the Sales Development Team covering the EMEA market. We’re looking for a strategic and results-oriented leader with a deep understanding of sales development processes and the ability to inspire a team to achieve outstanding results. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to optimize lead generation, coaching team members for success, and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives to foster growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Development: Motivate, mentor, and lead the Sales Development Team to achieve and exceed performance targets while fostering professional growth.
  • Sales Development Strategy: Define and execute the strategic direction for the SDR team, aligning efforts with overarching sales and business objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee and streamline SDR workflows, including lead generation, qualification, and handoff to sales, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Metrics & Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance team efficiency and impact.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align goals, optimize processes, and ensure effective communication.
  • Training & Enablement: Support the onboarding and ongoing development of SDR team members by facilitating training and ensuring access to the best tools, practices, and resources.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement enhancements to improve the team’s productivity and operational processes.
  • Market Intelligence: Leverage market insights and data to refine strategies and enable the team to stay competitive in achieving business goals.
