QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (B2B sales or food & beverage industry experience is a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
• Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to meet targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  The typical hiring range for this role is $107,757.00 to $181,563.00 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
