OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Manager to join our team. This field-based role focuses on driving business growth by identifying and developing key accounts and project opportunities across a range of sectors, including education, healthcare, industrial, commercial offices, retail, and social housing.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop sales within the assigned territory.
  • Proactively generate leads and secure new business within target markets.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with architects, M&E consultants, contractors, local authorities, and end-users.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions and networking events.
  • Accurately maintain customer records and sales activity using the CRM system.
  • Submit reports on sales activities, meetings, and pipeline updates.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets within a structured, target-driven framework.
