OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team in Brisbane.
This is a field-based role primarily responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets in the workshop category. You will work closely with the sales teams to create and execute strategies, manage relationships with existing and potential clients and support the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek and identify large-scale strategic business opportunities within the DIFM business segment.
  • Achieve budgeted sales targets for Valvoline lubricants and associated products, primarily focusing on automotive car care in the market.
  • Develop and implement strategies to target and engage potential clients effectively.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key business prospects and major clients to secure new accounts, drive growth, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop tailored offerings that meet the specific needs of these large customers.
  • Analyse performance metrics to continuously improve outreach effectiveness and lead generation activities.
