Job Title: Sales Development & Operations Associate Manager – Berlin
Location: Berlin, Germany
Type: Part-time (20 hrs/week to start), potential to increase to full-time (40 hrs/week) based on performance

REQUIREMENTS

• Based in Berlin with in-depth knowledge of the local tourism sector.
• Native or C2 German + very high level of English (minimum C1). Additional languages are a plus.
• Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally in tourism.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to drive local partnerships and private tour sales in Berlin. This role requires field work, negotiation, and operational support, working closely with the central operations team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain strong relationships with accommodation providers, local guides, and attractions.
• Negotiate agreements that increase bookings.
• Distribute promotional materials in key spots across the city.
• Provide operational support to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Work primarily during standard business hours (9:00–17:00), with occasional flexibility.
