We are currently looking for Inside Sales Executives in the Financial Assistance Industry. An inside sales executive is responsible for generating new business by following up on inbound marketing leads (from multiple sources, including lead generators, social media, direct referrals), qualifying their needs, selling our products and services, and developing strong customer satisfaction via phone and web contact. The client is then taken through an application process. The application is subsequently transferred to an administrator to complete the sale.

Using the tools of the federal law, we assist those that are in financial distress to reduce their debt by up to 80% through bankruptcy and consumer proposal filings. REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven sales/collections experience
· Excellent attendance
· Ability to work individually as well as a team member.
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
· Ability to handle rejection and manage emotions throughout interactions.
· Great communication and presentation skills.
· Excellent command of the English language.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Post Secondary Required.
· Desire to learn and improve upon weak points in sales approach.
· Ability to navigate CRM and sales tools.
· NOT afraid to ask lots of questions.
This opportunity is a combined commission and base salary structure. Although negotiable, it is heavily reliant on commission. This is to drive you to success through your own accomplishments.
