WHAT WE NEED

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our US Sales team. You will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified leads for their respective Regional Sales Directors and Corporate Sales counterparts. The SDR will manage both inbound leads and outbound call campaigns, qualifying active buying interest and identifying critical decision-makers. You will also work with Sales counterparts to coordinate efforts to research key accounts, identify additional contacts, and understand the organizational structures. You will need to be able to articulate the Hazelcast value proposition via the phone and web to Developers, IT Architects, Line of Business leaders, and C-level executives.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve/exceed monthly metrics (ex: qualified meetings/opportunities created)
  • Prospect, educate, qualify and develop target accounts
  • Respond to inbound customer leads and develop these accounts to create opportunities
  • Successfully manage and overcome customer objections
  • Ability to call within all levels of an organization and identify business needs for Hazelcast solutions
  • Liaise with Marketing to drive attendance to, and follow up on events such as training and conferences
  • Utilization of CRM and communication tools (Salesforce, Outreach)
  • Utilization of Internet research tools for prospecting (LinkedIn, Seamless.Ai, Zoominfo)
