We are currently looking for a dynamic and critical individual to join our Sales Development Representative to achieve our mission of #enablingConversations. What You Will Do Master our target market(s) to effectively identify and qualify high-potential leads. Engage with inbound leads promptly and professionally via email, chat, and other communication channels. Develop and execute a lead qualification process to efficiently identify and prioritize high-potential prospects. Generate qualified opportunities and schedule meetings for the Business Team. Ensure data integrity by meticulously updating and maintaining the customer database in CRM, and prepare timely weekly reports. Collaborate with marketing-related roles and other teams to evaluate campaign and lead generation process effectiveness. What You Will Bring To The Role Bachelors degree in Communication, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Proven working experience in a related role; experience in a SaaS company is a strong advantage. Strong interest in lead qualification and sales development activities. Skilled in marketing, business development, sales, and communication. Familiarity with tools like Intercom, MessageBird, or other multichannel dashboards is a huge plus. Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills. Proficient in English (both written and verbal). Able to start immediately.
