Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This Sales Development Representative is a key member of the outbound sales team who is responsible for researching markets, identifying appropriate prospect organisations and key stakeholders within, contacting them to outline Loqate’s value proposition and set meetings for the New Business team to carry forward.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Identify and research prospects/leads within new accounts
  • Respond to inbound requests and execute a high volume of outbound calls and emails per day
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of target prospects as you gather information and vet interest
  • Follow up and progress leads; engage with sales teams to ensure timely handoff for ongoing opportunity management
  • Leverage CRM/ campaign management platforms and be diligent about creating/managing all data and activities
  • Work with sales management to develop target lists, call strategies, and messaging
  • Collaborate with marketing/ sales colleagues to develop & excecute outbound sales campaigns and contact strategies
  • Collect and share feedback on lead quality to support demand generation
  • Learn from your team members and help the team continuously improve
