Job Description Remote: US locations only, EST or CST zones required. We are seeking a driven and customer focused Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify new sales opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating meaningful conversations, and building a strong pipeline for our sales team. You’ll act as the first point of contact for prospects, aligning their needs with our solutions while consistently contributing to revenue growth. Proactively generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow‑up. Research and identify target prospects using tools such as 6sense, social media, databases, and industry events. Conduct cold calls, emails, and social outreach to engage prospects and spark initial conversations. Manage and maintain a high‑volume prospecting pipeline, accurately tracking activity and lead status in Salesforce. Lead initial discovery conversations to understand customer needs, pain points, timing, and budget. Nurture relationships with early‑stage prospects and qualify leads for handoff to field sales representatives. Schedule discovery calls, demos, or meetings for the sales team with qualified opportunities. Collaborate closely with sales and demand generation teams to align on messaging, ICP criteria, and campaign execution. Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and product offerings to clearly articulate value propositions. Consistently meet or exceed SDR performance metrics, including outreach activity, qualification rates, and pipeline creation. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in sales development or an outbound sales role, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong phone presence with clear, persuasive written communication skills. Hunter mindset with curiosity, persistence, and comfort with rejection. Strong organizational, time‑management, and follow‑up skills in a fast‑paced environment. Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools; Salesforce preferred.
