About the Role Abnormal AI is seeking exceptional sales professionals who are passionate about their craft and driven to succeed within a world-class, high-performance sales organization. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), this individual will play a critical role in driving growth by serving as the first point of contact with prospective customers within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of sales experience, strategic thinking, ambition, and a team-first mentality. They are results-oriented, confident, resilient in the face of rejection, and maintain a consistently positive attitude. Success in this role requires excellent organizational skills and outstanding written and verbal communication, with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, at mid-sized to large enterprises. The SDR must also thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, quickly adopt and master sales tools, and demonstrate the ability to ramp quickly. What you will do Contact potential clients through outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities Exercise leadership, demonstrate effective sales planning, and work in a positive and motivating way with internal counterparts and external customers Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly targets Effectively partner and work across sales teams Act as the subject matter expert on Abnormal Security product offering Must Haves College graduate 0-1 year previous experience as a Sales Development or Business Development Representative OR related internship experience Must be located in Canada Fluent in French Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value Strong, professional communication skills -- written, verbal, presentation Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts Drive, Grit, Team Oriented: strong desire to compete and win Nice to Have Experience with any of the following tools: Orum Outreach Regie AI Salesforce SeamlessAi Zoominfo #LI-VY1 Abnormal AI is an equal opportunity employer.
