Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Remote  Reports to: VP, Sales Role Overview ACU-Serve is seeking a motivated and organized Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support all ACU-Serve service lines and solutions. This role is responsible for day-to-day outbound prospecting and outreach to generate qualified meetings for our Sales team. The SDR will play a critical role in fueling pipeline growth, supporting conference strategy, and creating strong first impressions with prospective clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in healthcare sales, with a clear path to promotion into an Account Executive role within 12–18 months based on performance. Key Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting & Meeting Generation * Execute daily outbound outreach to targeted prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn * Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives * Support all ACU-Serve service lines and solutions, tailoring messaging by audience and market segment * Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity tracking in HubSpot Event Outreach * Conduct pre-conference outreach to targeted prospects to schedule in-person meetings for Sales reps * Coordinate closely with Sales and Marketing on conference targeting and messaging * Manage post-conference follow-up to re-engage prospects and convert conversations into qualified meetings CRM & Data Management * Use HubSpot to manage leads, log activities, and support pipeline hygiene * Leverage ZoomInfo for account research, contact identification, and list building * Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to continuously refine targeting and outreach strategies   Qualifications & Experience * 1–3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound sales role preferred * Experience using HubSpot CRM preferred * Experience using ZoomInfo or similar sales intelligence tools strongly preferred * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and prospect-facing conversations * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities * Interest in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or B2B services is a plus What We Offer * Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives * Clear career path to Account Executive within 12–18 months based on performance * Exposure to multiple healthcare service lines and complex solution selling * Supportive sales leadership and structured development * Opportunity to attend and support industry conferences and events * Collaborative, growth-oriented culture focused on results and accountability Why ACU-Serve This role is ideal for someone who wants more than just a dialing job.
