We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Melbourne team.

Responsibilities
  • Research, identify and qualify potential customers through multiple channels (referrals, online research, social media, industry events).
  • Execute outbound prospecting strategies including cold calling, email outreach and campaigns.
  • Build initial relationships with builders and contractors, understand their needs and highlight how Buildxact can help.
  • Qualify prospects and hand over warm leads to the Business Development team.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and RevOps to optimise campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and report regularly on pipeline activity.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase Buildxact’s solutions.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights to help shape our strategy.
