Job Type Full-time Job Summary Are you a car enthusiast with a passion for sales? This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing automotive startup specializing in performance upgrades, premium maintenance, custom wraps, and e-commerce. As a Junior SDR, you will be the face of the brand, helping car owners transform their vehicles. We are looking for a hungry, high-energy individual who understands automotive culture and wants to grow their career in a high-impact sales environment. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound outreach to prospective clients interested in car upgrades, maintenance, and styling services. Engage with customers across multiple platforms, including the e-commerce store and direct inquiries. Perform high-quality discovery calls to identify client needs and vehicle goals. Maintain the CRM pipeline to ensure no lead falls through the cracks. Facilitate the sales process with a focus on high closure rates. Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to connect with clients when they are most available. Strong foundational knowledge of cars, performance parts, and automotive maintenance. Native-level English proficiency with excellent communication skills. Availability to work in CST hours with flexibility for after-work hours and weekends. High level of coachability and a desire to master the art of sales. A proactive, "hunter" mentality focused on hitting performance targets. Nice-to-Haves Previous experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms. Experience in objection handling and closing deals. Prior experience in automotive sales or specialized shop services.
