Axis Communications is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Development Representative who is fluent in English and Arabic.

• WHAT WILL YOU DO?Among other tasks, we would like you to focus on the following:CRM and Salesforce Database Management: Clean and manage data, ensuring that accounts and contacts are valid (representing active businesses) and updated with correct contact details.
• Project Closure: Close projects that are confirmed to be inactive.
• Lead Qualification: Contact and verify newly registered partners in our leads portal before handing over qualified leads to our Inside Sales Account Managers (ISAMs).
• LMS Coordination: Drive Learning Management System (LMS) activities, such as assisting in filling academy classes and processing attendees by capturing their information in CRM/Salesforce.
• Sales Analytics: Analyze sales data to generate high-quality leads that can be forwarded to our sales team.
• Marketing Engagement: Participate actively in marketing activities, including hosting visits at our Axis Experience Centers (AECs) and supporting partner events.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We are looking for an organized individual with strong administrative skills who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment. You possess excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude. Finally, you are considered a great teammate who enjoys supporting your colleagues to achieve common goals. You are looking to gain experience within an international company and have likely recently finalized your studies.

• Apart from this, we consider the following qualifications and skills important for this position:Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Previous sales experience
• Target-driven mindset
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn new things
• Friendly, patient, and open character; highly service-minded towards customers and colleagues
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Basic technical knowledge is an advantage in providing first-level technical information
• Prior experience with Salesforce is an advantage
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
