SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE –GENERATE DEMAND THAT DRIVES GROWTH AT AXUAL
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for business development, cutting-edge technology, and strategic growth? Axual is looking for a SDR to identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and expand our footprint in the world of event stream processing.
WHO WE ARE:
Axual is a fast-growing scale-up specializing in real-time event stream processing. Our mission is simple yet powerful: help large organizations unlock the full potential of their data and respond instantly to customer needs. We do this by providing secure, scalable, and high-performance data streaming solutions based on Apache Kafka.
We already work with Rabobank, PostNL, the Norwegian Government, Stedin, and Eneco, but we’re just getting started. We’re looking for a skilled SDR to drive new business, uncover opportunities, and accelerate Axual’s growth.

As SDR, you will:
✅ Identify and engage with new enterprise clients across Europe.
✅ Prospect, qualify, and develop leads into high-value business opportunities.
✅ Analyse the market to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and expand our customer base.
✅ Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
✅ Pitch and present Axual’s solutions to key decision-makers, from C-level executives to technical teams.
✅ Collaborate with all our AE’s, SDR’s, CSM to optimize outreach campaigns, you report directly to the CCO.
✅ Track sales performance using our CRM and provide strategic insights for growth.
