POSITION: MID-MARKET B2B SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote after training)
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (OTE £36,000)

ABOUT YOU:

  • Detail-Oriented: Able to manage CRM data and track interactions in a structured way.
  • Curious: Interested in digital marketing, specifically Google Shopping, and excited to become an expert in this field.

B2B Sales Experience Essential: Sales or lead generation experience is essential preferably B2B for and software as a service selling

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Bidnamic, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your key responsibilities will include identifying, generating, and qualifying new business opportunities by engaging with decision makers across the eCommerce landscape. You’ll need to be highly energetic, communicative, and comfortable with outbound cold calling, managing follow up campaigns, and diving deep into client needs.
Your success will come from asking insightful questions, understanding the challenges of potential clients, and effectively articulating the value of our platform to optimise their digital marketing effort, particularly on Google Shopping.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outreach and follow-up marketing campaigns.
  • Engaging in consultative conversations with key stakeholders, from gatekeepers to marketers and eCommerce professionals.
  • Using our CRM (HubSpot & Salesloft) to manage your pipeline and track interactions with prospects (training provided).
  • Collaborating with the sales team to set up meetings and move prospects forward in the sales process.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Shopping, and educating prospects on how Bidnamic can help solve their challenges.
