SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (REMOTE)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to take ownership of the lead generation and initial customer engagement efforts for a cutting-edge Financial Services Simulator. You will be instrumental in building the customer base by proactively reaching out to potential clients and qualifying leads for the sales team. This is a crucial role for a self-driven individual with a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • 360 Sales: Oversee for the entire sales cycle with a focus on the ground work, such as sending emails to prospects.
  • Lead Generation Mastery: Take responsibility for generating high-quality leads through strategic prospecting, effective cold outreach (primarily email), and networking activities.
  • Initial Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients (financial institutions and business schools) to understand their needs and introduce the value proposition of our Financial Services Simulator.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and effectively transition them to the sales team for further engagement and deal closure.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and lead status within our CRM system.
  • Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to identify new potential leads, target industries, and emerging opportunities.
  • Content Support: Assist in creating compelling pitch documents and email templates to enhance outreach effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and provide valuable insights to optimize the lead generation and qualification process.
