Writing job adverts is arduous work (I should know, I have written hundreds), and I often end up staring out the window waiting for inspiration to strike. And when you’re looking for a great candidate, you need an inspirational advert, right?

So, what’s the job, I hear you ask? You can tell by the job title that this is a sales role for a Managed IT Services company. But you need to know more than that. Here are the responsibilities;

  • You’ll manage a sales pipeline, working from pre-qualified data lists, with the aim of qualifying the customer and closing deals. You’ll earn a commission on every sale.
  • It’s a consultative role, not churn and burn. Every call has time for preparation and research.
  • A B2B role, where you’ll be speaking with the decision-makers
  • Working in a lively, but very functional environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • You must have a proven background in telephone sales.
  • A good understanding of IT and Microsoft systems

If that sounds up your street, you’ll be wondering what you can earn?

  • A base salary of up to £40k doe
  • Top earners will do up to £80k a year.
  • A realistic first year ote would be £50-65k, more if you’re experienced.
  • This role is based in the office 5 days a week, with a half day on Friday.
