Position Overview RecruitGo is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing team. This role is focused on generating qualified outbound opportunities for our U.S. sales organization by engaging companies that have already received bids from our estimating department. You will be the first point of contact, creating awareness and building pipeline across construction, energy, and critical-infrastructure sectors. This is a high-impact role where your outreach directly supports revenue growth and strengthens our market presence. Responsibilities Prospect into U.S.-based companies that have received bids from our estimating department Identify decision-makers and book qualified meetings for Account Executives Execute structured outreach sequences (calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging) with discipline Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in Salesforce and Podio Clearly articulate the value of VX technology to prospects Consistently achieve weekly and monthly targets for activities, conversions, and meetings booked Qualifications 2–5 years of B2B SDR or inside sales experience (preferred) Excellent English communication skills for phone and video interactions with U.S. clients Strong research skills to identify key contacts within complex organizations Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce & Podio a strong plus) Highly organized, resilient, competitive, and goal-oriented Why RecruitGo?
