Description:
We are searching for a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for Lead Generation and Appointment Setting for our global Sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record experience in research, lead generation and appointment setting at an established BPO. Our culture is collegial, supportive, and results-oriented.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Research and qualify potential prospects. Engage those prospects through outreach (written and verbal).
- Employ other creative methods to bring leads into the organization by engaging them and getting them on calls/meetings with our Sales team.
- Bring in relevant team members to assist with converting prospects to clients. Provide to the Sales team market intelligence regarding these leads.
- Provide feedback to your Manager regarding the market landscape, industries and products and how to pivot if needed.
- Use of CRM (Hubspot), Tracker, and other tools to assist you in your goals.
- Client relationship management: maintain the client relationship and possibly cross-sell other services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 -10 years experience in Lead Generation and Appointment Setting with an established Business Processing Outsourcing Company (BPO)
- Strong English-speaking verbal and written communication skills
- Proven process and strategy of successfully generating leads and engaging those leads by setting up regular appointments
- Self-Starter and Results-Driven approach
- Strong problem-solving, time management and organizations skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Can work on EST timezone
