JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team. This role combines proactive lead generation through outbound cold calling, meeting scheduling, product/service selling, and handling inbound inquiries. The SDR will also provide essential administrative support to ensure the Sales team operates efficiently. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, excellent organisation, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Lead Generation: Conduct outbound cold calls to identify and nurture new sales opportunities.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organise meetings with potential clients to support business growth.
  • Sales Execution: Promote and sell products/services to prospective and existing customers as needed.
  • Inbound Support: Respond to inbound calls and inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing client needs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate CRM records, track customer interactions, and manage general administrative tasks to support the Sales team’s objectives.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word: Comfortable using these programs for daily tasks.
  • CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems to track website activity, sales, and customer interactions.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to stay organised, complete prioritised tasks, and manage time effectively.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus but not mandatory.
